Nanny-Pro is a grassroots mentorship job training program elevating nannies to reach the same standards as required for anyone working in a licensed childcare facility. Developed and taught by seasoned nannies with the support of early childhood educators, Nanny-Pro provides nannies with the information and mentorship needed to develop professional portfolios, obtain required health, safety and background checks, interview skills training and financial planning. This is a first step in establishing a level of trust with families looking to hire a nanny.

NOTE: Nannies that complete Nanny-Pro with the required documents to meet Federal and State standards for anyone working in a licensed childcare facility earn a Certificate of Professional Nanny from The Institute for Families and Nannies. Terms and conditions apply.
