In three one-hour workshops, held online weekly via Zoom, TIFFAN walks you through the essential steps to create a nanny share care arrangement that works. 

We will address the history of share-care, the key steps to find and create a stable arrangement and the best practices to set everyone up for success.

Along the way, you will learn what to look for in a share care family, the critical components of the family-to-family agreement, the nanny search process, demographics, market rates, legal issues and contracts to ensure you have what you need to hire responsibly and with due diligence.
