A child's most formative years occur before they turn six years old, which is why it's so important for Nannies to understand what's going on in little minds through each phase of a child's growth.

In our 2018 workshop The Institute for Families and Nannies will discuss what Nannies need to know about child development, and how to implement this knowledge immediately with the kids they care for.

What to expect at the workshop: 

  • We'll cover the latest research about brain development in young children

  • You'll learn about the different stages of development

  • Find out how to best support learning during each developmental phase, and with different types of children
